I’m going to travel to Xi’an and want to eat delicious food. Are Qiaozikou and Huimin Street the same place?

My family has a restaurant in the place you mentioned. I have lived here since I was a child. It is best for me to give you the answer!

First of all, Muslim Street and Qiaozikou are not the same place. The current Muslim Street refers to the shops opened by the Muslims in the area centered on Beiyuanmen, a street with Hui characteristics and antique characteristics. Qiaozikou is no longer available, so friends from out of town should go back to Minjie. Secondly, Huimin Street not only has delicious food, but also some local specialties, such as red dates and other food specialties, as well as local antiques, folk art, and many more.

I am currently studying in the South, and I feel that people in the South have a lighter taste. The snacks here are greasier, spicy, and have a stronger taste than those in the South. The most famous snacks in Xi'an are steamed buns and stir-fried buns, which are greasy, but I love them! Hehe~~Then you can try our Jia San Guan soup dumplings, fried rice with red pickled cabbage, steamed pork with rice flour, and steamed buns with cured beef. They all have good reviews from outsiders.

If you like spicy food, you are in luck. Highly recommended: stir-fry, barbecue, spicy hotpot, tripe shabu-shabu. Feel free to eat it!

Finally, I recommend you to eat the finale: spicy meatball soup!

Remember to ask our locals which restaurant is the famous restaurant, and eating at the famous restaurant is the right choice.

Have a nice trip!
