Cut 2000g of refined pork suet into small pieces, grind it into a machine and mix it into puree, then mix 6 eggs evenly , add 80 grams each of chopped ginger, chopped green onion, 50 grams of pepper powder, 50 grams of salt, 30 grams of MSG, 30 grams each of star anise powder, cumin powder, and galangal powder, and mix thoroughly and set aside.

How to make the meat filling recipe:

Wash the skinless pork belly in the middle, and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
