Introduction of fried kway teow
As a cooking method of kway teow, fried kway teow usually refers to dry frying, which is common in Chaoshan area of Fujian, and is basically the same as "dry fried river" in Cantonese. Also written as "Fried Expensive and Exquisite (Chaoshan Dialect)", it is also a popular Chinese food in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia and Singapore, and can be found in food centers in Malaysia and Singapore.
