Yunmen point: 1, above the chest wall, above the coracoid process of scapula, at the depression of subclavian fossa (between pectoralis major and deltoid muscle). It is 6 inches from the front center line (Xuan Ji). When it is below the clavicular 1/3 folding point, it is higher than the Chinese government 1 inch. 2. Hands akimbo upright, and the center of the triangular depression at the lower edge of the lateral clavicle at the upper part of the chest is this point. Yunmen point has the functions of clearing lung-heat, relieving cough and asthma, and dredging joints. Indications: fever in the chest, fullness in the chest, cough, asthma, shoulder and arm pain, and no lifting of upper limbs. Zhongfu point is opened 6 inches beside the chest midline, that is, 1 intercostal space. Simple acupoint selection method: Zhongfu point is located at Yunmenxia 1 inch, which can lower lung qi, regulate stomach and promote diuresis, relieve cough and asthma, clear lung heat, and invigorate spleen and qi. Indications: cough, asthma, lung fullness, chest pain, shoulder and back pain.
