Material preparation: 50g of dried kelp, 50g of tofu100g, 50g of soybean sprouts, 0g of Chinese cabbage100g, Nissan soy sauce and salt.
1. Soak dried kelp, wash and cut into pieces. Peel and root soybean sprouts and wash them.
2. Wash and cut the cabbage. Cut tofu into pieces.
