Step 3: In order to make the lard free of impurities, we can properly heat the cooked lard to about 70 degrees, and then filter out the lard residue and lard through a filter; The next step is to let the lard sit and cool to solidify. The lard residue can be used to mix rice with rice or make soup.
Step 4: Finally, we pour the warm rice into a larger pot, scoop two spoons of boiled lard into it, stir and melt with the remaining heat, and then add the prepared White sesame seeds, chopped green onions, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little lard residue, stir evenly and serve.
