Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum tofu soup 1. Add water to the pot, add tofu cut into small pieces and bring to a boil.
2. Add salt, chopped chrysanthemum and dried shrimps, bring to a boil, add a little sesame oil and serve.
Note that the chrysanthemum is very cooked, do not cook with a lid, otherwise the chrysanthemum will turn yellow.
Stewed Chicken Legs 1. Wash the chicken legs and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Take them out and wash them. Cut them diagonally a few times to make them more flavorful.

Cold Crab Mushrooms 1. Wash the crab mushrooms, wash and slice the carrots and lettuce, blanch them in water for 2 minutes and take them out.
2. Mix salt, chicken essence, sugar and sesame oil into juice, pour it on the vegetables, mix well and serve.
Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes 1. Put the egg liquid into the pot, fry until cooked, and shovel it into pieces.
