5. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70-80% hot. Then put the chicken into the pot one by one and start frying until both sides are golden brown and then take it out.
6. Take the chicken out and put it on oil-absorbing paper to absorb all the excess oil. Do not throw away the remaining oil after frying the chicken in the pot. Continue to heat, put the chicken back into the pot and fry again to make the chicken crispier.

7. Prepare the baking pan, put the cheese into the bottom of the baking pan, and spread it in a layer.
