Afterwards, Jiang Hao's go-karting club raised a number of questions to the organizers, such as substandard track protection and poor rescue. Niu Zi, a reporter from Yangzi Evening News, learned that Jiang Hao, 33, is the only child in his family and has been driving karting for five or six years. At noon on February 29th, 65438, the reporter learned from the person in charge of the club that because the two sides failed to reach an agreement on the aftermath of Jiang Hao, the family members had entrusted a team of lawyers to defend their rights through legal channels.
The dead driver has been engaged in karting for five or six years.
Is the only child in the family.
The 24-hour karting endurance race attracted 28 teams and more than 200 drivers from all over the country. The 24-hour endurance race adopts relay race mode, and seven drivers of the team take turns to play. Jiang Hao, who died unexpectedly in this competition, was once a driver of Nanjing Gravity Karting Club.
At the time of the incident, club manager Chen paid attention to the situation on the track on the sidelines. He told the Yangzi Evening News reporter Niuzi that the competition started at 4 pm on February 24th, and the accident happened more than six hours after the competition started.
"After he came out of the last corner and entered the big straight, he collided with others, and then the car bounced out of control. The collision occurred near the gantry and his shoulder hit the steel column of the gantry. " Chen Xuanying talked about the situation at the time of the incident.
A video of the game recorded this process. As can be seen from the video, the racing car driven by Jiang ran out of control and crashed into the steel structure column on one side of the gantry, then the body bounced back and landed, and the driver rolled over in the car, and there was no movement anymore. In another photo, you can see that Jiang Hao's white helmet is covered with blood.

After seeing the accident of the team members, Chen Xuanying immediately rushed to the car and began to give first aid to Jiang Hao. "I thought he was just knocked down, but when I ran to him, I saw blood on the ground. From the mask of his helmet, there is a lot of blood. " Chen said that because the race is still going on, many drivers still don't know what happened. In order to avoid secondary injuries, he and other players moved Jiang Hao to the edge of the field and began to give him artificial respiration and chest compressions. Unfortunately, first aid didn't work.
Go-kart was deformed by violent collision.
According to the obituary published by Gravity Karting Club, Jiang Hao died at 20: 24 on February 25th, 65438 at the age of 33. According to the medical certificate of residents' death, the cause of death in Jiang Hao was acute severe craniocerebral injury.

Chen Xuanying told the Yangzi Evening News reporter that Jiang Hao was from Nanjing, the only child in his family, unmarried, and worked as a marketing director in a company in Nanjing. Jiang Hao has been engaged in go-karting for five or six years and is quite famous in Nanjing go-karting circle. He won many awards in local competitions and won the first place in a track and field competition not long ago.
Question 1: The steel column of the gantry is too close to the track.
The protection setting is unreasonable.
For Jiang Hao's unfortunate death, Nanjing Gravitation Karting Club believes that there are many problems in Zhuzhou International Karting Yard, the organizer, and the unreasonable gantry protection setting is one of them.
Chenhe Club believes that the on-site safety buffer devices and equipment are not implemented in accordance with relevant specifications. The reporter Niu Zi of Yangzi Evening News learned that the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the Code for the Construction of Karting Yards in 2003, which is the national standard for the construction of Karting Yards. The document stipulates that the signal pole of outdoor karting yard should be not less than 5 meters away from the edge of the track, and safety protection devices should be installed. When the billboard column is located in the safety protection net, the distance between the column and the edge of the runway shall not be less than10m. However, the Technical Specification for Go-karting Sites issued by China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation 20 17 requires that protective walls should be set on the outside of all the posts and structures located in safe areas in the go-karting site, and it is suggested that a buffer distance of at least 0.5m should be reserved.
Judging from the video and photos at the competition site, the gantry column that Ding Hao hit was only about 1 m away from the track. Chen told reporters that only one layer of anti-collision guardrail was set next to the column, which failed to protect it.

Problem 2: Poor on-site rescue.
Delay the best rescue time
The poor rescue of venues and the delay of the best rescue time are another important problem that the club thinks the organizers have. The Code for the Construction of Karting Yard requires that the Karting Yard should be equipped with an infirmary, personnel and vehicles qualified for rescue work, and establish effective contact with nearby hospitals with certain medical conditions to prepare for the timely medical rescue of the injured after the accident. The Technical Specification for Karting Yard further proposes that the area of the medical center should not be less than15m2, the width of the entrance and exit gates should be greater than1.3m, and the medical center should be directly connected with the track. At least two medical and nursing personnel with professional first aid skills must be equipped during the Olympic Games, and ambulances should be parked nearby.
However, Chen told the Yangzi Evening News reporter that he didn't see the medical center at the scene. He said that there was an ambulance waiting outside the track at that time, but the passage was blocked because it was separated from the track by a building. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it finally arrived at the scene.

According to him, the ambulance first sent Jiang Hao to an eye hospital, which was closed at that time. After that, the ambulance arrived at Zhuzhou Central Hospital under the leadership of the following team members. Since there was no ICU bed in the hospital, Jiang Hao was later transferred to the ICU ward of Zhuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Trauma Hospital.
Based on this, the club questioned that local hospitals had not established effective links and green channels.

According to official website of Li Sheng Sports Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou International Circuit is the first international circuit with the qualification of International Automobile Sports Federation in Hunan. This project is jointly developed by Zhuzhou High-tech Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Li Sheng Racing Co., Ltd., with a total investment of nearly 6,543.84 billion yuan. The track was designed by Dr. Yao, the first track designer in China, and was completed on June 438+09, 1965. It has an international second-class track, a test drive, an international karting yard and a car camp park. It is an experiential, professional and multifunctional international racing track that integrates automobile sports, manufacturer testing, member experience and entertainment.
Zhuzhou International Karting Yard covers an area of about 67 mu and is the largest karting yard in Hunan. The line runs clockwise, with a total length of1.048km and a width of 8-1m. There are four bends1m, six bends on the left and eight bends on the right, and the maximum straight line length is182m.
The supporting complex covers the stands, reception hall, garage, on-site motorcade room P, media center, outdoor terrace, medical center, office and maintenance workshop, etc. No matter from the track design or supporting facilities, international go-karting events and all corresponding domestic go-karting events can be held.

The reporter called the contact person of the go-kart project at Zhuzhou International Circuit, and the other party said that it was under investigation, and there will be an official announcement later, which shall prevail.
No agreement has been reached on compensation.

After the unfortunate incident, Jiang Hao's parents rushed to Zhuzhou to deal with their son's funeral. Chen Xuanying told the Yangzi Evening News reporter that the two old people were depressed and their psychological state was very unstable.
He said that the two old people made three demands to the organizers: compensation of 2.4 million yuan, accident identification and apology. At present, the club is helping two old people to negotiate with the organizers, but it is not smooth. On the evening of February 28th, the organizer of 65438 replied to Chen: "After discussion by the company, the above three requirements cannot be fully met."
Chen told reporters that the compensation that the other party is willing to give is 700,000 yuan, which is quite different from their expectations. "We hope to get reasonable compensation for Jiang Hao's family. After all, the two old people have only one son. I hope this money can provide some protection for the elderly. "
On February 29th, Chen Xuanying of 65438 told the Yangzi Evening News reporter that they had entrusted a local team of lawyers in Hunan to handle the compensation and were prepared to defend their rights through legal means.
Chen believes that go-karting is dangerous to some extent, and collisions are not uncommon in competitions. However, if the safety protection facilities are fully up to standard and the rescue work is in place, it should not cause such serious consequences. As far as he knows, there was no precedent of driver's death in domestic regular go-karting competition before.
The reporter saw that the order book of this competition stipulated the requirements for drivers to wear equipment including helmets. It clearly requires that the racing suit must be a jumpsuit, the helmet must be a full-face racing helmet, it is forbidden to use a half-face helmet, gloves must be worn, racing shoes must be worn, the helmet strap must be fastened during the competition, and the mask must protect the driver's eyes.
Judging from the information released by the club, Jiang Hao's wearing equipment is in full compliance with international certification, and his helmet is ARAISK6. It is understood that this is a professional go-kart helmet, which has the characteristics of portability and good protection and is widely used by domestic drivers.
