Exercise:
1. Wash leeks for later use.
2. Add a proper amount of warm water, a spoonful of peanut oil and make a smooth dough for 30 minutes.
When making noodles, we prepare stuffing, drain the leek and chop it up.
4. Put 3 spoonfuls of peanut oil into the hot pot, and put the eggs into the pot to break up.
5. Put scrambled eggs into leeks, add 3 spoonfuls of peanut oil, a little chicken powder and a proper amount of salt, and mix well for later use.
6. Divide the proofed dough into equal parts and roll it thin.
7. Put the filling in the middle of the dough and fold it in half.
8. Make leek boxes, fry them in oil pan and bake them on both sides with low fire. You're done!
