Guazhou began in the Jin Dynasty and flourished in the Tang Dynasty. It is a unique historical and cultural town on the bank of the Yangtze River. It is also the choke point connecting the north and south of the Yangtze River in the past dynasties. It is famous both at home and abroad because of the popular song "Boat Guazhou" written by Wang Anshi, the prime minister of the Song Dynasty.
It has a history of more than 1,700 years.
The Gao_ Temple located in Guazhou Town is a nationally protected temple and one of the eight famous temples in Yangzhou in the Qing Dynasty that is famous both at home and abroad.
In 1983, the Religious Affairs Bureau of the State Council officially listed Gao_si as one of the key temples in the country.
Yangzhou International Campground is located in Guazhou Runyang Forest Park, where you can taste Jiangsu delicacies. The camping base also has parent-child entertainment projects such as RV camping, forest exploration, outdoor development, fishing, cruises, and bicycle tours.

It has a history of more than 1,600 years since Xie Anzhudai, a famous politician in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, founded the town. The old streets, famous pavilions, ancient monuments, archways, and holy temples in the town all show its profoundness and weight.
Shaobo Old Street was built during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. The ancient street pavement is paved with nearly ten thousand green stones and stretches for more than three miles. This stone street was originally a dirt pavement, which was very inconvenient to walk on rainy days. Later, after private funds were raised, this rain paved road was paved.

When you go to Shaobo Old Street, you might as well walk along the ancient streets and encounter ancient stones from the Tang Dynasty, ancient wells from the Song Dynasty, ancient houses from the Ming Dynasty, or old shops from the Qing Dynasty.
The Shaobo Lock is the largest and oldest lock along the canal, with a history dating back to 1,600 years ago.

Shaobo Town is a famous catering town in Jiangsu Province and the inheritance place of clear water lobster.
Traditional delicacies such as Shaobo braised fish, Shaobo sausage, Shaobo beef and Shaobo old goose are famous in surrounding cities.
Shaobo Lake's fresh food, lobsters, crabs, etc. are even more famous.
4. Xiaoji Town Xiaoji Town is known as Xiaoxi in ancient times. Its history began in the Tang Dynasty, more than 1,400 years ago.
In ancient times, there was a big river to the north of the town, but there was no bridge or ferry on the river.
It was inconvenient for people traveling from north to south. In order to make it easier for people to cross the river, a young man named Ji on the south bank of the river built a small wooden boat to ferry people across the river on a voluntary basis, regardless of the cold or heat.
Later, in order to commemorate this ferryman, people called the town "Xiaoji".
Xiaoji's delicacies "boiled noodles" and "duck soup" are famous.
The main ingredients of duck soup are duck, pork and taro.
First cut the pork into fine dices, cut the taro into dices, and then make the soup.
After the soup is boiled, put the diced duck meat into the soup and stew together.
5. Zhenzhou Town Zhenzhou Town is the urban area of ??Yizheng City today. It is an ancient canal town.
In the Han Dynasty, the area around what is now Zhenzhou Town was an alluvial sandbar that had just emerged from the water, which was called Baishazhou. The name "Baisha" has continued to this day.
Today, the most famous cultural relics and historic sites in Zhenzhou Town include the Tianning Temple Tower and Drum Tower.
Tianning Temple Pagoda is located in the southeast of Zhenzhou Town.
The Drum Tower is located next to the south gate of Jian'an Military City built during the Qiande period of the Song Dynasty.
The floor is three rooms wide and two stories high. It is a hilltop-style wooden building with double eaves and nine ridges with a corridor, and the roof is paved with tube tiles.

Yuetang Town "Buddhism is as boundless as the clouds entering the mountain, and the clouds are farther away when you walk to the mountain; the Buddhist teachings are limited, like clouds floating on the water, and the moon still sinks when the water is cleared." This is Ruan Yuan, a fellow from Yizheng and a scholar of Tiren Pavilion in the Qing Dynasty, who returned to Yuetang Province to visit relatives.
At that time, I personally wrote a couplet after admiring the moon in my hometown.
Yuetang, a place with a wonderful legend, is located in the west of Yizheng. It has beautiful mountains and clear waters and is the hometown of the famous "Landscape, Stone, Tea and Fruit Forest".
Yuetang Town has 18 small reservoirs including Tianle Lake Municipal Tourism Resort, Nashan Provincial Geopark and Dengyue Lake, 10 hills including Nashan and nearly 10,000 acres of tea gardens.
Nashan Mountain is the second highest mountain in central Jiangsu, with an altitude of 146 meters. It is one of the few mountains on the earth formed by volcanic rocks.
The stone pillar forest on the mountain is a unique sight, and there is also Tianchi on the mountain. The mountain is reflected in the water, giving it a unique charm.
The water surface area of ??Dengyue Lake in Yuetang Town is about more than 6,600 acres. It is the largest artificial lake in central Jiangsu Province, with clear water quality and beautiful scenery.
