1. High-risk area: There are more than 50 cumulative cases, and a cluster epidemic occurred within 14 days.
2. Medium risk area: there are newly confirmed cases within 14 days, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases is not more than 50, or the cumulative number of confirmed cases is more than 50, and there is no clustering epidemic within 14 days.
3. Low-risk area: No confirmed cases or new confirmed cases for 14 days.
Through zoning and classification, we can improve the pertinence, accuracy, scientificity and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control, and minimize the impact of epidemic on economic and social development and people's lives. The risk level is adjusted every 7 days.
Legal basis: Article 5 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases People's governments at all levels shall lead the prevention and control of infectious diseases. The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate plans for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and organize their implementation, and establish and improve the disease prevention and control, medical treatment, supervision and management systems for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
