The materials to be prepared in advance include: 230 grams of pork, diced potatoes 1 piece, 4 eggs, appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons of raw flour, blended oil 1 spoon and appropriate amount of pepper.
1. Dice pork, add cornflour, soy sauce, oil, pepper and salt, marinate for a while, and chop for later use.
2. Then wash the prepared potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes for later use.
3. Then mix minced meat and diced potatoes evenly and spread them on a plate.
4. Use a spoon to press four small pits on the meat paste and break up the prepared eggs.
5. Boil boiling water in the pot, and steam the plate with meat on it for 20 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion before the pan, so that the potato and egg steamed cake is finished.
