What are the characteristics of Yunfeizhang?

Yunfeizhang is located at the junction of the four towns of Nalin, Jiangning, Dungu and Shahe, more than 40 kilometers southwest of Bobai County, Guangxi.

It is a major mountain range at the southern end of the Shiwanda Mountain in Guangxi. The mountain is magical and has many legends. The mountains, clouds and flying peaks are one of the eight most beautiful scenery in Bobai County. The paths are winding, with strange peaks and rocks, steep cliffs, shady valleys and sunny slopes.

, misty clouds among pines, towering ancient trees, rocky streams and springs, the famous mountain with beautiful scenery is known as the "overwhelming first peak in Lingnan".

Zeng Cailu, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, wrote a poem after visiting Yunfei Mountain, saying: "The peaks and mountains of Luzu are majestic, and the clouds and clouds are rolling and exquisite. The traces of giants are on the thousand-layer stone, and there is a path of pine trees in Fulu Temple. The cranes and wind sound outside the autumn mountains,

The crow flies in the rainbow shadow in the setting sun. Seeing the stone hibiscus tent, it overwhelms the first peak of Luofu Mountain (Luofu Mountain was the first peak in Lingnan in ancient times). At the foot of the deep slope of Yunfei Mountain, there are wild ginseng, peony, asparagus lily, Ganoderma lucidum, and agarwood.

Fengkedangui, mountain pomelo and cypress, romang bamboo knots, chestnut and lychee, cloud tea and tangerine, red fungus and green mushroom, camphor and nanshan fir, green bamboo and white vine, exotic flowers and herbs, etc.

There are also birds and animals deep in the forest, including turtles, snakes, jade rabbits, silkworms, bees and butterflies. It is truly a natural museum.

The strange thing about the flying clouds is that the smoke and clouds are endlessly changing and have various shapes: sometimes they are as light as pom-poms, sometimes they are as light as mist flowers, sometimes they are like colorful silk, and sometimes they are like surging waves.

It is common to see clouds and mist surrounding the peak during the four seasons, hence the name "Yunfeizhang".

Yunfeizhang has three unique features: the first is the giant footprints on the thousand-layer stone on the top of the mountain, which are called immortal footprints; the second is the ancient tomb of Pang Xiaotai, the prefect of Nanzhou in the Tang Dynasty; the third is the singing of pines and birds.

Because the mountain is so steep and the air is crisp in autumn, you can see the deep blue water of Beibu Gulf when you climb to the top of the mountain.

The main surrounding attractions include: Jiguanzhang, Shangliu Peak, Liutang Ning, Tiemaotou, Xuanru Peak, etc.

Yunfei black broken tea, which is abundant in Yunfeizhang, is one of Bobai's famous teas.

The legend of the Immortal's Footprints: A long time ago, an immortal came to the top of Bache Ridge on the east side of Shiling in Guanjingtou Village and rested on a stone.

He stepped on the stone with one foot and left a footprint.

At this time, the sun shines on the earth and the fragrance permeates the mountains.

After a while, the immortal came to the top of the mountain east of Jizai Mountain in Zhangxia. He stepped on the stone with his other foot and left another footprint.

The immortal saw a small river flowing westward, flowing to Nantangwei in Zhangxia, exiting "Three Pines" (the name of the place), and then flowing to a flat land.

The immortal looked around and murmured to himself: There are mountains and water here, the flowers are fragrant and the birds are singing. It is really a good place.

Since then, some people have opened up wasteland, cultivated land, built houses and settled in Tuyi, Guanjingtou and Zhangxia.

Later generations called the imprints on the two stones "immortal's footprints" and the stone bench where the immortal sat on was called "immortal's chair".
