Qiqihar University has three campuses, namely, East Campus, Middle Campus and West Campus. The address of the East Campus is No.42, Wenhua Street, jianhua district, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province; The address of the middle school campus is No.42, Wenhua Street, jianhua district, Qiqihar City; The address of the West Campus is No.67/KLOC-0, Wenhua Street, jianhua district, Qiqihar City.

The East District is the earliest residential area in Dach. The main building in the East District is the former general's office, which should still belong to the Institute of Education and Media. The whole East District is old in style, close to Labor Lake, and the concert hall and swimming pool are all nearby. The building of the Music Department looks like a piano.

Eastern roller skating venues, basketball courts, cultural and sports centers, stadiums, tennis venues, rock climbing, volleyball venues, Sanzhi Square, concert halls, art galleries, swimming pools, Qingchuang Building, Eastern Library, shopping centers and some canteens.

There are men's bedrooms, track fields, basketball courts, gymnasiums (there are many facilities in the museum), libraries and canteens in the west area.

There is a basketball court in the central area, a badminton court downstairs, a cultural palace, a central library, a shopping center, the eighth canteen and other canteens. The food street is on the edge of the central area.
