Ingredients
Chicken wing meat, green and red peppers, onions, cornstarch, light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, pepper oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic
Method
1. Shred the chicken first. Mix with cornstarch, light soy sauce and cooking wine. Marinate for 15 minutes
2. Shred the green and red chili peppers, and chop the ginger and garlic. Thinly.
3. Put cooking oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded chicken, then remove from the pot.
4. Continue to stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the oil left in the pot.
5. Then add green and red chili peppers.
6. Add onions.
7. Add chicken. Add salt, pepper oil and sesame oil.
8. Remove from the pot and serve.
