Methods/steps
1. Ingredients: 200g vermicelli, 200g cabbage, 50g carrot, and streaky pork125g.
2. 60 grams of mushrooms, 30 grams of garlic, 5 grams of sugar, 5 grams of salt, 20 ml of soy sauce and 5 grams of pepper.
3. Stir-fry garlic: put more oil in the wok and stir-fry minced garlic until golden brown.
4. Stir-fry vermicelli: add vermicelli, stir-fry with chopsticks for about three minutes, add minced meat, stir-fry evenly, and when vermicelli bursts, pour in Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft. Then cook a proper amount of soy sauce, a small amount of salt and pepper, a proper amount of sugar, add shredded carrots, and stir fry over low heat. Finally, add the mushroom powder, stir-fry a few times and take out the pot.
