1. Visible current fuse is blown.

2. Check whether the IGBT is damaged:

Measure the "e" of IGBT with the diode range of multimeter; “C”; Whether there is breakdown between the three poles of "G".

A: "E" pole and "G" pole; The "C" and "G" poles are non-conductive in both positive and negative tests (normal).

B: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to the "E" pole and the black pen is connected to the "C" pole, and the voltage drop is about 0.4V (model GT40T 10 1).

3. Measure whether the transformer is damaged. The normal state is as follows:

Measure the secondary resistance of transformer about 80 Ω with multimeter resistance file; The initial pole is 0 ω.

4. Whether the rectifier bridge is normal (tested by multimeter diode):

A: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "-"and the black pen is connected to "+",which has a voltage drop of about 0.9V It is not displayed when it is connected backwards.

B: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "-",and the black pen is connected to two input terminals respectively, with a voltage drop of about 0.5V, and there is no display when it is reversely connected.

C: The black pen of the multimeter is connected to "+",and the red pen is connected to two input terminals respectively, with a voltage drop of about 0.5V, and there is no display when it is connected reversely.

5. check the capacitor c 301; Whether C302C303 is damaged by heat. (If damaged, deformed or melted)

6. Check whether the chip 83 16 is damaged:

Measurement method: measure the 83 16 pin with a multimeter, which requires 1 and 2; 1 and 4; 7 and 2; There must be no short circuit between 7 and 4.

1. Measure whether the CPU port line is faulty:

When measuring the CPU pole and grounding terminal with multimeter diode, there is a voltage drop of about 0.7V, and the red pen of multimeter is connected to "ground"; The black pen is connected to "every port line of CPU".

Third, the power can't meet the requirements.

1. Coil disk short circuit: Test coil disk inductance: PSD coefficient is L = L= 157 5? 0? 8H, the PD series is L = L= 140 5? 0? 8H。

2. Whether the distance between the cooker and the coil disk is normal.

3. Whether the pot is the designated pot.

Four, check whether the components are loose and complete.

Inspection of bad conditions after assembly:

1. No heating: check whether the transformer is damaged.

2. Ring the bell for a long time after plugging in: check whether the terminal of the temperature switch is plugged in.

3. Unable to start: Check whether the thermistor terminal is connected correctly.

4. No small object detection (no alarm): Check whether the resistance R30 1~R307 is normal.

R30 1~R302 is 68KΩ.

R303~R306 are 130 kω.

R307 is 3.0 kω.

5. The fan does not rotate; Check whether transistor Q2 is burnt out. (Generally, the burnt triode leads the heel to yellow; Can also be measured with a multimeter diode range)

Measure whether the power bridge stack and fuse tube are damaged. If the bridge module is damaged and IGBT is not short-circuited, replace the fuse tube of the bridge module.

Methods: Replace R310:1w-330k1%.

2, do not check the pot

Methods: Unplug the cable and measure R300:1w-330k1%; R305 and R304: 1W-240K 1%, replace the abnormal resistance; if it cannot be measured, directly replace R300:1w-330k/%; If it is abnormal, please replace R304 and R305: 1w-240k 1%.

3. There is no response when power is on.
