Steam red fish with angelica and it’s delicious. The ingredients used for steamed red fish with angelica are: 1 red fish, 2 qian of angelica, 1 qian of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 3 qian of wolfberry, 3 qian of astragalus, salt, wine, shredded ginger, and a little shredded green onion. Method: Boil angelica, Chuanxiong, astragalus and wolfberry into eight portions in two bowls of water and wine (you can add more according to personal preference). Wash the red fish and steam it with the prepared soup until the fish is cooked. Add a little salt, sprinkle with shredded ginger and green onions, and pour the fish soup a few times.
