People depend on food, so this is my first stop when I come to Xi'an. There is a large-scale snack street, which is the Muslim Street!
The snacks here are full and delicious. As soon as I arrived here, I was so satisfied, wow!
There are really too many things here. I first walked into a small shop selling beef steamed buns... How is it delicious?
Next I came to a beef and mutton steamed bun shop. There were a lot of customers here. I believe the steamed buns made in this shop will also be delicious.
This steamed bun restaurant is really delicious. I usually don’t eat steamed buns very much. I ate a big bowl today. I didn’t expect that the food in my hometown is so delicious. My hometown is so great. When it’s a family member’s birthday, the whole family eats noodles, which is called “longevity noodles.”
".
It means that this family can live a long life. Eating five beans is a folk custom in the Guanzhong area of ??Xi'an.
On the fifth day of the twelfth lunar month, five kinds of beans, including soybeans, adzuki beans, mung beans, red beans, and black beans, are put into a pot and cooked. The whole family eats them, but they cannot eat them all. They must have enough to eat.
In this way, I wish you a good harvest and good luck in the coming year.
Eat five beans after the winter solstice, when the days are getting longer and the nights are getting shorter.
Therefore, eating five beans also has the meaning of seasonal changes.
Today I came to a specialty store in Xi'an, selling Demaogong crystal cakes, Qiongguo candy, sour plum powder, cured mutton, Huang Guichou wine, peanut cakes, Lintong fire crystal persimmons, Lintong pomegranates, steamed buns, Chinese kiwis, chestnuts, etc.

July 7th to July 16th, 20xx 1. Listening to the Miao songs from Principal Long, Teacher Ma and Mr. Ma Zhiguan of Guiren Primary School: Miao songs are like a compulsory course for us now for the previous generation.
It mainly includes songs of thanksgiving, toasts, congratulations, and celebrations. Many metaphors and allusions are used in them, and most of these metaphors come from natural flowers, trees, insects, fish, birds, and beasts; therefore, the songs sung are also taken from them.
Reflecting life from life requires the singer to have high observation, identification, comprehension and creative abilities; it can be said to be the creation of the soul and the natural manifestation.
Miao songs generally have no musical accompaniment.
2. Miao drums According to villagers, Fenghuang Miao drums can be roughly divided into two categories: monkey drums and flower drums.
The monkey drum is performed by entertainers imitating the movements of monkeys. The movements are humorous and difficult, and not many people are good at it. The flower drum is extremely soft and lyrical, and is highly ornamental. It is popular in Laer Mountain, Shanjiang, Fenghuang,
Miao areas are very popular in Machong and Luochiajing areas.
Flower drums (i.e. flower drums) are usually played by two people, but there are also four or eight people. There is also a person who stands beside the drum and beats the bangs to control the rhythm of the dance, which is called playing the side drum.
There are three basic skills of flower drum: one is hand skills, the other is waist skills, and the third is footwork.
There are two types of footwork: three steps fast and three steps slow. Whether the footwork is on point is directly related to the "routine" of the hub, so it is very important.
3. Miao Dance It is rumored that the Miao dance in Phoenix in western Hunan mainly includes: bamboo pole dance and three-person shoes. These two dances are simple and easy to learn.
For example, the bamboo pole dance is said to be a self-entertainment dance created by the Miao people in their production and life. Two square logs are placed in parallel as a support frame. Several long bamboo poles with thick wrists are placed horizontally on the support frame. The pole holders face each other.
Each hand holds the end of a bamboo pole and strikes the bamboo pole against the mat frame or against the bamboo pole to make a rhythmic sound. The dancer should not only jump forward and backward nimbly at the moment when the bamboo pole opens and closes, but also preferably perform free and natural movements.
(Two of our team members tried it and jumped out of fear after jumping a few times).
The three-person shoes are also very interesting. Three people wear a pair of "shoes" (two long boards). The Miao girls are very good and can dance gracefully and with a strong sense of rhythm. The tourists and the audience are amazed.
4. Miao costumes Miao costumes are mainly reflected in: clothing, headwear, silver jewelry, silver combs, silver bracelets, and silver necklaces. They wear round-neck short jackets with large breasts and a little embroidery on shoulders and cuffs; wide-legged trousers and trousers.
The edge of the tube is often decorated with lace; it is wrapped with a tall and large green cloth or calico headband, and silver ornaments are worn.
Men's clothing is mostly blue homespun clothes and trousers, with green headbands.
