The car arrives at the archway, and the front is the Bamboo Sea Mirror Lake. A clear water between two mountains is like a mirror embedded in the mountains. The mountains and rivers set each other off, and the scenery is beautiful and charming. By the dam, there are more than a dozen bamboo rafts parked. Go to the official road of "Three Provinces with Crows", climb up along a mountain road made of mushrooms and stones, and the Jian River on the left jumps all the way and sings down. According to legend, this old official road is the main road for the government to transport postal materials. Ming Huidi Zhu Yunwen fled to Liyang from the secret passage of Kyoto (now Nanjing) Palace, and then crossed the mountain from this official road and fled to Yunnan. Walking out of the official road, I continued to move south, only to see the mountains embracing each other, the hills overlapping, and the bamboos on both sides piercing the sky.

visiting here in summer is like walking into a cool world. The mountain wind blows, and the heat blows away, so that you can appreciate the infinite charm of ten thousand mu of bamboo sea. Climb the climbing stone steps and there is an octagonal pavilion next to it. The pavilion is a bamboo pavilion with bamboo bars and chairs. There is an ancient well with a water depth of 4 meters in the pavilion, and the spring is tinkling. Take a nap here and make a cup of tea. It's really pleasant to face the sea of clouds and bamboo. From there, there are many scenic spots such as Crouching Tiger Stone, Tide Pavilion, Wild Pig Forest, wuyue First Peak, etc. If you climb over the hill, you will come to Gusong Garden, a famous deep stream. There are 24 pine trees planted in the garden during the reign of Qing Qianlong, the largest of which needs two people to hug each other, and it is about 3 meters high. There is also an ancient stone tablet for forest protection in the garden. Although the handwriting on the tablet is illegible, the rules set by ancestors have been passed down from generation to generation and have been observed to this day. Just as Su Dongpo, a poet in the Song Dynasty, chanted a poem about bamboo: "It's better to eat without meat than to live without bamboo, which makes people thin and vulgar."

Bamboo Culture Museum

The bamboo culture museum covers an area of about 4, square meters, and the whole building is divided into two halls, the front and back, and the rest corridor on the west side of the museum has a vivid architectural pattern, which vividly outlines a "bamboo" shape. In the exhibition hall, we are presented with exquisite expressions and lifelike techniques of bamboo carving. Here, fine arts such as turning yellow bamboo carving, Huizhou bamboo carving, Jiading bamboo carving and Jinling bamboo carving are displayed, among which Huizhou bamboo carving, Jinling bamboo carving and Jiading bamboo carving are also called three local bamboo carvings.

Ancient Official Road

As the core scenic spot of the second phase development of Nanshan Bamboo Sea, in addition to the official road, the ancient tablet pavilion, Tongguanling, ancient barracks, Huangjingou and Longquan are under development. The second phase of development focuses on the mountain area on the left side of the sightseeing lane, with the ancient culture as the center, and restores the ancient culture. Through the display of Wuyue ancient barracks, ancient weapons and ancient war drums, and the competition to attract relatives, and setting up basic supporting facilities, the historical and cultural value of Nanshan Bamboo Sea is deeply excavated.

ancient official road

among the bamboo forests in the southeast, there is an ancient post road built hundreds of years ago, with a total length of about 1.5 kilometers. It is an ancient cross-border road from Jiangsu to Anhui, and the top of the ancient road is Tongguanling. After crossing Tongguanling, it enters the territory of Guangde, Anhui. Legend has it that Zhu Yunwen, Emperor Jianwen of the Ming Dynasty, took refuge in the south after the Battle of Jing Nan, and once passed through the trail. Some accompanying officials settled near the mountain. Because they were officials in the same dynasty, the mountain was named Tongguanling.

Longevity Cultural Zone

As an extension of the cultural connotation of Nanshan Bamboo Sea, longevity culture has attracted more tourists. According to Shang Shu, "There are five kinds of blessings, one is longevity; Second, rich; Sanyue Kangning; Fourth, do good deeds; Five times in the list. " People think that Five Blessingg means "happiness, wealth, longevity, happiness", so even the jade worn is carved with five bats to show good luck, and the "Five Blessingg holds longevity" at the same longevity cultural square will also express its meaning.

Nanshan Shouweng

This smiling, kind-hearted old birthday star is a landmark building in Changshou Cultural District. His head is 12.8 meters high, made of pure copper, and his body is the whole hillside, so he is called the first birthday star in China. There are 68 different fonts of longevity characters on the back of the photo wall, which sublimates the theme of longevity culture. It is said that there are 1 kinds of birthday characters in different fonts in the scenic spot, and the remaining 31 kinds of birthday characters are easy to find on the rocks on the mountain. Where is another birthday word? In fact, this birthday word is not on the mountain, but in everyone's heart.

These carved monkeys beside the old birthday star, every three monkeys stack arhats to form a lamp holder. A monkey covers his ears, a monkey covers his eyes and a monkey covers his mouth. It means "don't listen, don't watch, don't tell", which shows the Buddhist transcendental ideological realm, but life is so happy.

Wanshoutang

The first thing that attracts visitors to Wanshoutang is four rotary mahogany doors carved with the characters "Shoubi Nanshan" respectively. There is a word engraved on the front and back of each wooden door. Whether it is read from the front or from the back, it is the sentence "Longevity is better than Nanshan".

"The Longest Life in the World" is a calligraphy written by Emperor Ganlong, the emperor of the Qing Dynasty, with the inscription "Imperial Pen" on the scroll. The word "longevity" is composed of four words, namely "long", "raw", "no" and "old". Because it is "immortal", it is the first longevity in the world.

The "birthday worship platform" is the main building in the "Wanshou Hall", which shows the scene of a wealthy family's hall layout before the birthday of the elderly in the family.

Mountaineering and Tourist Area

Wu Yuedi Yifeng

"Wu Yuedi Yifeng" is "brother" rather than "first", and there is no "bamboo" prefix because the bamboo in the mountain is its best footnote. At the top of the mountain, it is really "one foot in three provinces", because it is the junction of Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. There is a big clock on the top of the mountain for tourists to knock against it to pray for blessings, so this "Wu Yuedi's One Peak" is the place where "three provinces crow and bells chime in six".
