Method 1
Edit
Materials
1 taro, 1 egg
Seasoning: salt 1 teaspoon, half cup of starch, a little pepper
Preparation method
1. Peel the taro, wash it, grate it into shreds, put it in a large bowl, and beat the eggs join in.
2. Add all the seasonings and mix well. Heat 5 cups of oil in the pot, then pinch a small portion of the shredded taro and flatten it with your hands, then fry it until crispy.
3. Take it out and let it cool before eating.
Key Tips
1. Choose taro with light texture and white flesh, which has a better taste. Be careful not to rinse it before peeling, so that you will not suffer from allergies when peeling. And the hands are itchy.
2. When mixing shredded taro, if it is too dry, you can add a little water to make it easier to mix.
