The meeting was chaired by two section leaders, Ye Daliang and Huang Jianhui. Principal Pan Haoyun, Vice Principal Shao Xiaoda, and Vice Principal Huang Meiyan participated in the teaching quality analysis meeting.
At the seventh-grade teaching quality analysis meeting, Duan Zhang Ye Daliang made a multi-angle and all-round analysis of the average scores, excellent rates, pass rates, and over-average rates of various seventh-grade subjects through detailed data. A comparative analysis was carried out, and a pragmatic and in-depth analysis and elaboration was conducted on the achievements, existing problems, improvement goals and other aspects of the current period.
At the quality analysis meeting for the eighth grade, Duan Zhang Huang Jianhui first reviewed the overall situation of teaching work last semester, and reported, displayed and analyzed the final examination situation of last semester.
The group leaders of each subject spoke in turn, carefully analyzing the shortcomings in the final quality inspection of this grade, and in-depth analysis of the causes of the shortcomings to find strategies to solve the problems. Some outstanding head teachers and classroom teachers exchanged experiences and shared their unique methods and innovative measures in class management and subject teaching.
Principal Pan Haoyun highly praised all the teachers for their hard work, full energy and strong cohesion. He pointed out that "when you see good things, move on, and when there are mistakes, make corrections." While affirming and continuing to carry forward their advantages, teachers should find their correct positioning through the analysis of this exam to prepare for precise implementation of the next stage of teaching work. .
