Product Description: Aroma fish, also known as leptospirosis, is a precious fish unique to Fuxi area of Ninghai. Ninghai fragrant fish likes to live in streams with gravel at the bottom, many deep pools, clear water color and fast-flowing water. It is fragrant without fishy smell and delicious. The maximum length is about 200mm and the maximum weight is about 200g. Every year from September to June, that is, 65438+1October, birds go into the river, and in June, that is,165438+1October, they lay eggs and breed in the shoal gravel rapids in the lower reaches of the estuary. After spawning, most parent fish die and sticky eggs hatch on gravel. After hatching, the fry overwinter in the sea with the water. From the end of March to the beginning of May of the following year, the young fish gradually returned to the fresh water stream for fattening and growth. The sexual maturity of fragrant fish is one year.
Product history: Fuxi fragrant fish has a long history, which was recorded in the "Ninghai County Fu" written by Jinshi Chu Guoxiu in the second year of Song Duanping (AD 1235). In the thirty-ninth year of Qing Qianlong (A.D. 1774), Xu Shu, the magistrate of Ninghai County, once wrote a poem: "Fishing day and night, it is better to draw a clear wave than to draw a king's water. What about the autumn wind, catfish tail, three-inch fragrant fish with fragrant scales? " Ninghai is rich in fragrant fish resources. The artificial propagation of fragrant fish was successful in 1980s, which laid a foundation for the development of fragrant fish production. According to legend, Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River. After eating fragrant fish in Fuxi, he found it delicious and took some with him when he left. Since then, fragrant fish has become a tribute in Fuxi. In addition to eating, fragrant fish can also be used as ornamental fish. 1992, merchants from Taiwan Province province came to our county to catch this fish.
