Suiyuan Jiashu is a series of large-scale community for the elderly. Based on the in-depth study of the psychological characteristics, behavioral characteristics and ergonomics of the elderly, it pioneered the "neighborhood-style" pension model, providing elderly people with self-care, care and assistance, aging living facilities and 24-hour butler service, and building a perfect "caring for others" service system including health management, smart community, comfortable life and honor enjoyment. Liangzhu Cultural Village and three communities, namely, Mingyue and Jade Bird Community, have been laid out.

1. Jia Shu with the garden? Liangzhu

is located in Liangzhu Culture Village, and it is the first large-scale middle and high-grade nursing home in Hangzhou. The building area is about 64,111 square meters, and 595,615 apartments for the aged and a supporting nursing home are planned. The project was officially put into operation in October 2115, and now it has served more than 811 elderly people. In 2116, it was selected as the only community in the official media reception route of G21 Summit.

2. Jia Shu with the garden? Haiyue

Haiyue Garden Jiashu is the second pension project of Hangzhou Vanke, and it is also the first "city version" pension project that Vanke created after Liangzhu Garden Jiashu (started operation in 2115), which was opened in 2119. Haiyue Suiyuan Jiashu opened in July 2119, located at the intersection of Jianshe No.1 Road and Jinji Road in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, with a strong living atmosphere around it, which can be called the urban version of CCRC；; Haiyue Suiyuan Jiashu has a total construction area of 9,611 ㎡ and four buildings * * *. The whole pension group is located on the east side of Haiyue Mingyue Community. Among them, the 1-4th floor of Building 11 is Suiyuan Nursing Home, with the 1-2nd floor of Building 12 and the 1-th floor of Building 13 as the main supporting direction, with the spiritual and cultural sports life of the elderly as the main supporting direction.

3. Jade Bird with Garden Jiashu

Inherited the operation experience of 11 years, Jade Bird with Garden Jiashu's brand-new masterpiece-Jade Bird with Garden Jiashu's old-age community is beautifully reflected, and the whole city supports its homes in groups, with a plot ratio of only about 1.66. The building in the south of the Yangtze River with white walls of Daiwa is planned to have six theme groups, and one day there will be a courtyard, which will gather the rare natural, commercial and human resources in the city and build an ideal picture of "living poetically behind the prosperity".
