sow's shell
The sow's shell, namely mandarin fish, is commonly known as sow's shell fish because it has a big mouth and a big belly, like a sow. The sow shells in Guzhen are mostly wild fish salvaged by fishermen in Laixi River. They are rich and solid in meat, delicious in taste, rich in protein, with few meat spines and the best steamed taste.

bedding noodle is a kind of noodle soup in Rongchang, Chongqing. Because the dough is wide like bedding, it is named bedding noodle. The bottom of Rongchang bedding noodle bowl is covered with peas, and the soup is bone soup. Then scoop a few spoonfuls of miscellaneous sauce stuffing and sprinkle a small amount of chopped green onion.

fried chuanzi fish
chuanzi fish is a wild small fish in laixi river, about the size of an index finger. Grey water zongzi
