Describe Boshan’s food diary

It has been three weeks since I came back from China, and I still miss all kinds of domestic food, especially the popularity of domestic spicy Sichuan cuisine, which is really good news to me.

Now think about those spicy grilled fish, spicy skewers, spicy hotpot, spicy hot pot and your mouth water.

At night, there are grilled mutton skewers, grilled vegetable skewers and spicy hotpots everywhere at the entrance of the community. It is very convenient to eat, and it is also very atmospheric when there are a lot of people eating around.

After I came back, I also made spicy hotpot and spicy hot pot, but unfortunately I couldn't find the same feeling as eating in China.

One night my husband took the baby and I went out to eat with my friends. Samuel asked his father, "Where is mom?" Dad said, "Mom went out to eat."

Samuel said, "Mom, are you going to eat Malatang?".

.

Even my kids know that mom likes to go out to eat Malatang at night.

.

After I came back, I couldn’t do anything with the delicacies I had eaten at home, so I tried something I couldn’t do at home: baked snacks.

I remember that on the second day after returning from China, I made toast bread that I had not seen for a long time. It was so long that my hands were itchy.

I enjoy the time of making snacks. My heart is calm and not impetuous. The aroma of baking is floating in the oven in the kitchen, and the radio station on the computer is softly playing beautiful melodies.

Let’s record the delicious food that I have been trying for these 3 weeks (actually they are all snacks, I really have no experience or interest in cooking).
