Heat the pan over low heat. If you use a non-stick pan like me, you don't need to put oil, or just brush it with a little oil. Put the rolled scallion cake into the pot. Tip: Don't put a lot of oil here like an adult scallion cake. It is necessary for the baby to control oil! It is really recommended that hemp people prepare a non-stick pan, which can save a lot of oil a year, hahaha ~

When one side is cooked, turn it over and burn the other side.

After turning over, start to prepare the egg liquid and beat the eggs evenly. Slowly pour the egg mixture on the scallion cake and spread it evenly with a spoon.
