Cangyuan Primary School in Beichen District, Tianjin, located in Chengjian North Road, Orchard South Road, Xincun Street, Beichen District, is a primary school directly under the district. It was founded in 1973 as Xincun No.2 Primary School, with a bungalow, and teachers were allocated from the original Xincun. The teaching building was rebuilt in July 199, delivered in April 1991, and renamed Cangyuan Primary School in Beichen District in March 1993. During the period, it was under the district education bureau from 1973 to 1975, under the district orchard new village office from 1975 to 1979, and directly under the district education bureau from 1979 to now.
