Stewed sweet potato with chicken wings
material
4 chicken wings, 2 sweet potatoes, seasoning: 3 dried red peppers, half a slice of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 25ml of cooking wine, 25ml of oyster sauce, 20ml of soy sauce, 0/5ml of soy sauce/kloc, 3g of salt and 5g of sugar.
working methods
1) Peel and wash the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces for later use. Chop chicken wings into small pieces, wash and drain. Slice ginger and garlic.
2) Pour chicken wings into a bowl, add ginger slices, cooking wine and oyster sauce, stir well, cover and marinate 15 minutes.
3) Pour the oil into the pot. When the fire is heated to 70% heat, add dried red pepper, ginger slices and garlic slices. Stir-fry the chicken wings and stir with a shovel until the surface of the chicken wings changes color.
4) Pour hot water on the food surface, add soy sauce and soy sauce, and continue to heat with high fire. When foam appears on the noodle soup, wash it with a spoon and pour it in.
5) Add sugar, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
6) Open the lid, add salt, stir well, and turn to high heat to collect the soup. Turn off the fire when the soup thickens, and then take it out of the pot and eat it.
