Japanese jiaozi female origin
If Japanese people like Chinese food best, it must be jiaozi. Chinese food is not Chinese food, but a kind of cooking form with Chinese flavor that conforms to Japanese taste. The Japanese have created some China delicacies such as "Tenshindon" that Tianjin people have never eaten, and so has jiaozi. Japanese jiaozi is similar to fried dumplings, but the skin is thinner than Chinese fried dumplings. Pork minced meat, Chinese cabbage (not mistaken), garlic and leek are the most common Japanese dumpling fillings.
Unlike jiaozi, which is our staple food, thin-skinned Japanese-style jiaozi is mostly a side dish of Lamian Noodles shops or Chinese restaurants. As we mentioned in the article "Dolphin", in the eyes of young Japanese women, these shops are all a little ashamed and "feminine" when a person enters the door to eat. Recently, however, jiaozi has become very popular among Japanese young women. According to the Japanese word-making habit of "women", these girls who love to eat jiaozi are "jiaozi girls".
Jiaozi stores that can be welcomed by "jiaozi women" can be roughly divided into two categories. One kind is a jiaozi store that specializes in making "heavy taste" fillings such as garlic and leeks. In fact, many young Japanese women don't often eat jiaozi, not because they think jiaozi is not delicious, but because they care about the bad breath after eating jiaozi (the taste of jiaozi in Japan is really stronger than that of jiaozi in China). The second category is jiaozi store, which has a rich menu and various fillings, such as kimchi, foie gras and truffles ... Your first reaction may be "Can this also be used as dumpling stuffing?" But they are really the new jiaozi swarmed by "jiaozi girls".
The increase of "jiaozi women" is also related to the rise of Japanese "B-class cuisine" (that is, local cuisine). It may be difficult for us to understand this subtle cultural difference, but if a Japanese girl says that she loves jiaozi, it will give people the impression that "this girl is a bit like a middle-aged uncle who doesn't care about her image". But it's different now. Jiaozi in Utsunomiya is one of the most famous "B-class cuisine" in Japan. Even if this dish is heroic, it will become fashionable as long as it is labeled as "B-class cuisine". Girls' psychology of eating jiaozi has changed from worrying that others think it is not feminine enough to eating jiaozi.
Shopkeepers also found out the mind of the "jiaozi woman". The decoration of Jiaozi Store is as atmosphere-oriented as coffee shop. Eating jiaozi with Lamian Noodles and rice is a bit rough? Then have a bite of jiaozi and a sip of red wine. Take a shop named "GYOZA SHACK" in Tokyo as an example. This store calls itself "a natural jiaozi store that can make people feel happy". Generally, Japanese people eat jiaozi with spicy oil dipped in vinegar, but this shop uses red wine, mustard, lemon oil and coriander oil as dipping sauce. "GYOZA SHACK" is more elegant. It is located in a single-family hut, and the soft lighting makes people feel that they may be eating Italian family cooking.
1/2 "King of jiaozi", the largest jiaozi chain store in Japan, naturally doesn't want to let the female tourists flow away in vain. On February 19, "King of jiaozi" announced that it would open a concept store in Kyoto on March 3 (Japanese Daughter's Day). This store invites female sex designers to design with the concept of "Japanese leisure", and also invites nutritionists to design menus that pay more attention to dietary balance. A typical meal of "King of jiaozi" is about 1 1,000 yen per person. For this concept store that provides snacks, red wine and cocktails, the expectation of "King of jiaozi" is that the per capita consumption at dinner will reach 3,000 yen.
Because I like eating jiaozi too much, I visited the Yucheng woman Qianchun in more than 0/00 jiaozi stores in August of 20/kloc, and published her own experience of eating jiaozi into a book entitled "jiaozi women have no life without Gyoza! ("Gyoza" is the pronunciation of jiaozi in Japanese), even "jiaozi" said in the comments of Japanese Amazon that "I want to travel according to the recommendation of this book". In the past, most Japanese women gathered for afternoon tea and chose coffee shops. Now they have another choice-to go to a jiaozi store as exquisite as a coffee shop, although such a jiaozi store is beyond our imagination. (Source: Curiosity Daily Author: Chen)
