How to make mutton soup pot?
1, mutton cold water into the pot, add ginger slices to boil, cook for another minute, remove warm water and wash;
2. Wash the mutton, add the onion, Jiang Mo and cold water without mutton. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 40-60 minutes. The meat is soft and waxy, and the soup is milky white. I use Yanchitan sheep brought back from Ningxia, which is tender and easy to stew. Finally, add salt, chopped green onion and garlic leaves to taste and enhance fragrance.
3. In the last 20 minutes, add carrots, corn and other vegetables that are difficult to cook.
