Haleem is a delicious nutritious meal in the Middle East, also called Middle East stew. In Iran, it is usually breakfast or evening dinner during Muslim Ramadan. Cooking Haleem requires no skill, just patience.
preparation materials for haleem:
turkey or chicken: 511g, gluten-free wheat: 511g, 1 onions, more oil or 111g of butter, 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
preparation method:
cook turkey (chicken) and onion. The meat is then mashed or stirred in a food processor.
Put the wheat that has been soaked in water for 8 hours into a small pot, add some water and salt, and cook it on the fire. After the wheat is cooked, mash it, or use a food processor to mix the wheat with the water in the pot. Then, mix turkey (chicken) with mashed wheat and two cups of boiling water, and heat it with low fire until it is completely cooked.
note: it should be stirred constantly to prevent it from being burnt and sticking to the bottom of the pot.
when finished, decorate Haleem with cinnamon, sugar, oil or melted butter.
