2. Take out the fresh durian meat, mix it evenly with a spoon, beat in an egg yolk, and add an appropriate amount of white sugar.

If your durian is sweet enough you don’t need to add it, I didn’t.

3. Use a little force to thoroughly mix the egg yolk and durian meat. For those who like a delicate taste, you can sift it once.

4. Put an equal amount of durian egg yolk filling into each egg tart shell, and arrange the filling slightly to make the filling center.

5. Fold the egg tart wrapper in half and pinch it gently to cover the filling.

Don't squeeze too hard or the filling will be exposed.

6. Preheat the oven at 200° for 20 minutes.

Place in a baking pan, adjust the upper and lower heat to 180°, and bake for 10 minutes.

7. Take out the baking sheet and remove the foil holder from the outside of the tart crust.

Continue to fire 180° up and down, test for 10 minutes.

At this step, you can also brush the tart shell with a small amount of egg yolk liquid, then sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then continue baking to make the taste more intense.
