The first case: working day (at work)
When I am at work, my lunch is a delicious dish that is simple and easy to cook. Because I personally hate to eat takeout, I made my own lunch at work and took it to the company. It takes 12 minutes by bus from home to the company. We go to work at 8: 30, so I have to get on the bus at 8: 00 sharp. Then I have to get up at 7 o'clock and start preparing office lunch. Then I have to wash, make up and change clothes, so the lunch I choose to cook can be finished in 30 minutes. The dishes I often cook are as follows:
1, shredded carrot fried minced meat+fried poached eggs+dried rice.
2, black pepper fish steak+garlic fried sweet potato leaves+dry rice
3, dry fried golden pomfret+dried radish scrambled eggs+porridge
4, boiled shrimp+stir-fried mung bean sprouts+dry rice
5. Coke chicken wings+boiled eggs+porridge
When I get up at 7 o'clock, the first thing I do is to put the rice in the rice cooker first, so that I can cook with confidence. When the food is cooked, the rice will be cooked by myself, saving time.
Let's start with the first course:
Carrot shreds are made by buying tools that can be cut into shreds, and a large pot of carrot shreds can be made in 2 minutes.
When I went to the market to buy food, I asked someone to process it into minced meat and freeze it in the refrigerator. Thawed in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator the night before, and thawed again the next day. Just a little cleaning.
Fried eggs are easier and take less time. It takes 5 minutes to complete.
So my first lunch only takes 10 minutes to prepare!
The second course:
Black pepper fish steak is the seasoning seafood in our family. Tilapia fillets are boned and pricked, and black pepper is marinated at low temperature, which can be marinated in microwave oven for 3 minutes. But I don't have a microwave at home. I'll just fry it and get it done in five minutes. Two in a bag.

Stir-fried sweet potato leaves with garlic is easier. It's just that you have to deal with sweet potato leaves in advance, because choosing sweet potato leaves is very troublesome. Then, stir-fry this dish for about 5 minutes. ultra-fast
The third course:
I bought my own product, seasoned golden pomfret. It has been seasoned, and it can be simply fried after thawing. Only eight minutes.

The fourth course:
Boiled shrimp, many people think it is difficult and time-consuming. Actually not, because I also bought our Xiangtai Thai cooked white shrimp, which is a kind of cooked frozen shrimp. After thawing, you can blanch for 2 minutes. You can eat it by boiling water, which is very convenient and fast. This lunch is easy to cook!

The fifth course:
Chicken wings with coke takes time, but I can't help it. I like to eat them by myself, so I'm still willing to take the time to make them. But the practice is very simple:
1, cut the chicken wings with a knife, marinate in salt for 3 minutes, and fry until golden on both sides.
2. Put the chicken wings into the pot, add coke and 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce that have just not eaten the chicken wings, boil over high fire, and collect the juice over low fire.
The second situation: weekend (at home)
Personally, I like cooking very much, and I also like eating seafood. Therefore, when I am at home on weekends, I will spend a lot of time cooking many delicious things. It depends on personal preference. Do whatever you want!
