Waterscape Music Fountain and Night Light Show are collectively called. The range is east to Xincheng Bridge and south to South Embankment; West to Zilong Bridge and north to Beidadi. The radiation area is about 11 square kilometers. The project is based on the theme of "Beautiful scenery, smooth ancient and modern", and strives to create a large-scale urban space landscape show integrating mountains, water, light and scenery.

There are nearly 611 nozzles in the music fountain, of which 114 can rotate 361 degrees, making more than 311 kinds of water shape changes, and four high-altitude nozzles can spray the water column to more than 111 meters high.

The night light show is located on both sides of Xincheng Avenue, which is about 2111 meters long from east to west, 811 meters wide and 41 meters high.
