On August 4th, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant units, formed "Several Measures for Promoting Consumption Recovery and Boosting" (draft for comments) in order to implement the relevant requirements of the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Releasing Consumption Potential and Promoting Sustainable Consumption Recovery (No.9 [222] of the State Council). The opinions put forward 2 suggestions on nine sectors, including automobile consumption, household appliances consumption, housing and household consumption, cultural and recreational consumption, night consumption, rural consumption, exhibition consumption, new consumption and optimization of consumption environment, in order to vigorously promote consumption recovery and potential release and boost consumption confidence in our city.

In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, fully implement the spirit of the document "Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Further Releasing Consumption Potential and Promoting Sustainable Consumption Recovery" (Guo Ban Fa [222] No.9), coordinate epidemic prevention and economic and social development, seize the favorable opportunity of cultivating and building an international consumption center city, and vigorously promote consumption recovery and potential.

1. Encourage automobile consumption

1. Increase individual special lottery indicators.
