Li Shi, a descendant of Cheng Ao, moved to Pantang Village after finding the "Five Shows of Pantang".

At that time, it happened to be the harvest of horse hooves. Longkun ate them fresh according to the local custom. He felt that they were fragrant and sweet, so he kept some fresh horses hooves to share later.

The few fresh horseshoes began to rot, so Long Kun used the baking method, peeling the horseshoes and pounding them into pulp, placing them in a kettle, and slowly drying them into powder.

The powdered water is boiled into a paste and eaten by the villagers. They all say that the taste is the same as eating fresh water chestnuts.

Because it is made with "Pantang Horseshoe", Longkun calls it "Pantang Horseshoe Noodles".

Later, Longkun opened the "Pantang Wuxiu" store on the spot, selling "Pantang Horse Hoof Noodles" and "Pantang Wuxiu" products and sold them to the world.

And "Pantang Horseshoe Noodles" is the current horseshoe cake.
