In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economic and social development and living standards of the Yellow River, the people have more expectations for "bluer sky, greener mountains, clearer water and more beautiful environment".

In 20021year, it is planned to build a 8.6-km Bidao in Huangjiang Town in three sections, including the section from Banhu River in Huangjiang Town to the sewage treatment plant in Meitang Shuibi Road 1.9 km, Bidao in Butterfly Reservoir 4.8 km and Bidao Wetland Park in Huangniupu Reservoir 1.9 km.

With the implementation of several Bidao projects, the Yellow River will turn Butterfly Reservoir, Huangniupu Reservoir, Meitang Water and Banhu River into ecological corridors with clean water, beautiful urban and rural areas and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

The Bidao Wetland Park section of Huangniupu Reservoir is located at the south entrance of Huangniupu Forest Park, with a construction length of 1.9 km and a construction area of 98,700 square meters, belonging to a natural ecological Bidao. Bidao opens two areas, namely, the beach park area and the wetland flower field area, according to local conditions, and blends in with the surrounding natural scenery. It is also connected with the adjacent greenway of Huangniupu Forest Park. Visitors can visit Huangniupu Forest Park and Dongguan Dapingzhang Forest Park through the connected greenway.

Whenever dusk comes, you can climb the four-story landscape watchtower with a height of 18 meters beside Bidao, and you can see birds foraging and returning to their nests, forming a pleasant scenery where many birds fly. As night falls, the landscape watchtower and the circular suspension bridge on the water add a touch of bright color to the Bidao Wetland Park section of Huangniupu Reservoir in the night.

At present, the Bidao Wetland Park section of Huangniupu Reservoir has become a popular punching place among network celebrities. According to incomplete statistics, Bidao attracted 20,000 people to punch in during the 202 1 National Day holiday.
