The recipe for stir-fried chicken neck with chili and the required condiments are as follows:
Main ingredients: 3 chicken necks, 2 green peppers
Condiments: 10 Sichuan peppercorns grains, 2 star anise, 2 green onions, 3 slices of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 dried chili peppers, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine
Method:
1. Wash the chicken neck and cut into small pieces.
2. Add water to the pot, add green onions and ginger slices and bring to a boil, then add the chicken neck and lightly blanch it to remove bloody impurities.
