Materials to be prepared in advance include: 500g noodles, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, blended oil and sesame.
1. Add minced garlic, sesame seeds, dried Chili noodles, shallots and salt to the bowl.
2. Then pour in boiling oil.
3. Add proper amount of vinegar and soy sauce and mix well.
4. Boil water on the pot and cook noodles.
5. Take out the noodles and serve them with the sauce just made.
Precautions:
1, boiling oil can increase the flavor of juice.
2, salt can be adjusted according to personal taste.
