How will you arrange your own food?
My appetite is very good every day, and I arrange my three meals a day very well. There is not a lot of big fish and meat, just ordinary home-cooked meals.
(Because I come from a rural area) For breakfast, I must have a boiled egg, a bowl of millet porridge or polenta, half of the buns I made myself, and pickles pickled by my confidant.
At noon, the staple food is usually steamed buns made by ourselves. Sometimes we also eat rice and dry rice, and stir-fry two vegetables, one meat and one vegetarian.
In the evening, I also eat porridge, and sometimes some noodles rolled by myself. I basically don’t eat anything at night, and at most I drink a bowl of porridge. (I have been doing this for several years) This is my life, the life of an ordinary person.
