Making sushi is easy and the ingredients are easy to find.
Specifically speaking, you only need the following ingredients: raw materials; seaweed (available in supermarkets), ham or crab sticks, cucumbers, and large roots (yellow pickles, forget it if you don’t have them, I used Wujiang mustard instead, available in supermarkets)
, shredded carrots, rice, salad dressing, tomato sauce, mat (available in supermarkets).
Others can be used with or without (e.g. eel, egg yolk, salmon).
Preparation method: Put the seaweed on the mat, spread the rice, spread the sambal sauce, put the ingredients in order, roll it up, and use a little force.
Finally cut it.
Using the above method, you can make simple sushi.
