The method is as follows:

Register first, then log in to Gourmet,

Click "Upload" next to "Album" in the left navigation,

You will enter the image "normal upload" page.

Rules for uploading pictures:

The maximum number of pictures that can be uploaded cannot exceed 4M.

The pictures in the Gourmet Album do not allow external links, please note and please understand.

Improper pictures posted will be deleted; in serious cases, members will be deleted directly and all content will be deleted.
