Historical allusions: It is said that Zhengding's "liver collapse" originated from the fact that after Guo Ziyi, the general of the Tang Dynasty, retreated from the enemy and returned to Zhengding (now Zhengding) camp, the soldiers ate stewed beef liver. Although it tasted a little mushy, it was full of fragrance. Later, a chef named Ma really tried to add soup and seasoning to it, which eventually became "liver collapse" and has been passed down to this day.
