Laba porridge practice:
1. Preparation materials: 50g of glutinous rice, 30g of coix seed, 50g of millet, 50g of peanuts, 4g of black sesame10g, 4g of walnuts, 8g of red dates, 20g of longan, 80g of brown sugar, a little osmanthus, and clear water.
2. Use boiled water 1 hour.
3. Walnuts are shelled and kernels are taken.
4. Wash red dates, peanuts, walnuts, barley, glutinous rice and longan with water.
5. Wash the millet and black sesame with a sieve.
6. Put all the materials into the pot and add the right amount of water. I have 400ml of water here.

8. After cooking, add brown sugar and a little osmanthus and mix well.
