This was actually written after I played it on May Day last year, but I didn't know that it was the most fun time in Qinghai until the end of September, so I changed my old wine into a new bottle, hoping to give some reference to the donkeys who planned to visit Qinghai in the near future.
after all, I couldn't resist May Day and went to Xining for a tour. I stayed in Xining for three days, arrived late on the 2nd, went to Huzhu Tu Autonomous Region on the 3rd, went to Ta 'er Temple on the 4th, went to Qinghai Lake on the 5th, and returned to Lanzhou on the 5th. A total of 5 yuan was spent, of which 2 flowers were spent on buying Tibetan ornaments with strong ethnic characteristics in Shuijing Lane Market in Xining City. In fact, if the schedule is tight, two days will be enough, and the cost can be lower. The general route is as follows: Xining-Qinghai Lake-Huzhu-Ta 'er Temple. Now I will report a more reasonable strategy to all my friends, hoping to provide you with some useful information.
Day 1: Depart from Lanzhou by bus and arrive in Xining in three or four hours. Ticket price: the train is slow in 19 yuan/person, fast in 33 yuan/person, and the bus is 4 yuan/person.
Accommodation: There is a Jerry Family Hotel in Xining in the city center, which is warm and comfortable, cheap and affordable. When I went to the standard room, it was only 1, and the big bed room was 6. The lighting and hygiene were very good. It is the first choice for donkey friends! From Xining Railway Station, at the bus terminal across the street, take bus No.3, get off at North Street and walk 1 meters south, that is, to Hezheng Home (three yellow high-rise buildings). It takes 1 yuan and 15 minutes to get there by taxi! When you get out of Caojiabao Airport in Xining, take the airport bus (21 yuan) to Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and then take a taxi (the starting price is enough for 6 yuan) and get off at Nanyujing Lane, North Street, for a total of one hour. It takes only ten or twenty minutes to walk to Ma Zhong Restaurant or Shuijing Lane Commercial Street at night, and the cool breeze in Xining in summer is slow, which is not very pleasant!
After arranging accommodation, there are two options:
One is for people who like to play: take a taxi (taxis in Xining are too cheap) to Xining bus station, where there is a transportation travel agency, which is one of the top ten travel agencies in Xining in 23. There is the cheapest one-day package tour of Qinghai Lake, with 8 yuan per person per day, including tour guide fee, insurance fee and round-trip fare, plus tickets for Bird Island in 58 yuan (with student ID card) In addition, there is a Qixing travel agency, the price is the same as that of the traffic travel agency, but the tourist bus can be picked up directly downstairs, and it is very convenient to send the bus downstairs after the game. Special note: For self-help backpackers, it is best to join a one-day tour group, unless you are going to walk or ride around the lake. Because the circumference of Qinghai Lake is more than 3 kilometers, the scenic spots are scattered. Although there is a shuttle bus to Qinghai Lake in Xining, it does not reach the scenic spot directly, but it goes to gangcha county. You have to change trains to go to Qinghai Lake, and you can only get off at one destination. If you visit one place and then go to another, there are only the following ways: running, walking, cycling and hitchhiking. The round-trip fare, excluding the free ride, is at least 6 yuan. It's comfortable to take the travel agency's car. It starts at 7: 3 in the morning, passes through Huangyuan, Sun Moon Mountain (ticket 2, self-care, not recommended), Daotang River, Bird Island, Jinyintan Grassland, Sand Island (ticket 2 yuan, similar to beach amusement park, self-care for the project, not recommended), atomic city, etc., and returns around the lake for a week. All the places to play stop, and return to Xining around 8: 3 in the evening. Tel: 711299. It's best to contact in advance, because they arrange the seats on the bus according to the registration order of the guests, especially those who are carsick.
Second, for people who love to eat: after leaving Jerry's Family Hotel, it is 2 meters southbound to the most prosperous area in Xining. The snack night market is quite popular, and friends who haven't eaten dinner can go there to solve the problem. I recommend you to go to Shuijing Lane Snack Street. Roasted lamb intestines, roasted lamb chops, hand-grabbed mutton, Ma Zhong noodles, sausage noodles, Xinjiang hand-grabbed rice ... are all good choices. They are really delicious and cheap, and delicious.
The next day: Naturally, I went straight to Qinghai Lake. Other equipment is free for everyone, but there are two things you must have: clothes that are slightly thicker than normal temperature and sunscreen products. Qinghai Lake is nearly 3 thousand meters above sea level, with a large temperature difference between day and night. The daytime temperature is generally 5-1 degrees lower than that of Xining City, and the sunshine is strong. Qinghai Lake is a long way from Xining, and it is surrounded by the lake, so about two-thirds of the time is spent in the car the next day, so people who get carsick have to bring relevant medicines for emergencies.
Day 3: Morning: Huzhu Tuzu Style Garden. You don't have to join a group. In the morning, go to Xining Bus Station and take a bus to help each other (the fare is RMB/person). When you get there, take bus No.3. We directly transferred from Huzhu to a Tu village in a nearby village, which is the Qiao Family Courtyard introduced by our comrades in the Tibetan Cowhide Book. However, we think we should go to the Tu Family Garden in Huzhu County, especially the self-help donkey friends, because the Qiao Family Courtyard is just a family in a village, and there is actually not much fun. There are many people to perform and so on. If there are few people, it is just to catch a Tu family meal, unless you pay extra. On the contrary, the amorous feelings garden has already formed a scale. Although the business atmosphere is a little strong, it is more interesting to go alone and have a chance to see the songs and dances of the Tu people. Lunch can be settled in the amorous feelings garden. You can try the unique snacks of the Tu nationality, such as "Dog Pouring Urine Cake" (with a bad name but delicious taste), Xuan Ma Cake, and Pot Pot. You can also enjoy the most local hand embroidery of the Tu nationality, which is very suitable for taking some home as gifts.
If you want to return to Lanzhou on the same day, you should master the time to return to Xining from Huzhu before two o'clock, so you can go to Ta 'er Temple. Still take the No.1 bus to Xiguan, and it costs 2 yuan to charter a Xiali. If you take the bus at the west gate of the gymnasium, 4 yuan/person will go directly to the front of Ta 'er Temple. Tickets for Ta 'er Temple 35 yuan, I suggest to find a tour guide, because this kind of cultural landscape is really an expert watching the lively layman watching the doorway. Whether there is a tour guide to explain it directly affects the quality of your visit, except of course the donkeys who have made full preparations in advance. The tour guide fee is not high, just 6 yuan, and you can combine it with other individual travelers, so that the average cost of everyone will be much less.
It takes three hours for the entire Ta 'er Temple to turn around, so we can get back to Xining on the same day and return by K378 from Xining to Shanghai at 2: 49 that night. In this way, only two days is enough, and the cost is very small. Among the May Day routes organized by many travel agencies in Lanzhou, the lowest quotation for the two-day tour of Qinghai Lake and Ta 'er Temple, which is said to be tailor-made for students, is also above 35 yuan. However, according to this route and time schedule, if you play more in a mutual-help Tujia customs park and overeat in the snack street every night, it is just 3 yuan, which is super cheap!
By the way, please pay attention to girls who love yogurt: when you arrive in Xining, don't forget to try the unique "nest breasts" there. They are packed in small bowls and are as tender as tofu. There is a layer of yellow cream floating on the white yogurt, which is delicious, fragrant and mellow, so it will be 1.2 yuan/bowl. If you don't eat it, you will regret it!
As for the time, it is best to go to Qinghai Lake in April and May and after the end of June every year, because April and May are the time when migratory birds return to lay eggs on the island. At this time, Bird Island has another name, but the climate is not stable, the temperature is low and the wind is strong. The weather was fine in June, but the birds just hatched and broke their eggs all over the floor, which had a unique flavor. No one is recommended to try it except Chu Liuxiang Chu Xia. It is recommended to go in July and August. At this time, the eggs have hatched into birds, and the parents are giving the birds flight training lessons for the long journey in autumn. The island is a busy scene, which is much more lively than Pearl Harbor in wartime. Moreover, the temperature is just right in July and August, so friends who have time can camp in the tent hotel on the island, go to sleep every night with the crooning of the lake, and wake up the next morning with the whisper of birds, which is a feeling of idleness and ease-it really gives the gods no change!
