Although we can’t say how delicious they are, they still have the flavor of our hometown. Characteristics are truly memorable. Some of them have not been eaten for more than ten years, and the nostalgic taste slowly comes to mind
白草
The main ingredient is rice milk. Add lime water and sand as ingredients (a small amount, too much will cause poisoning, the specific amount is unknown), steam it into a paste, add peanut oil and soy sauce, and it is ready to eat. In winter, it can be stir-fried and added with onions and other ingredients to make it more delicious. The picture shows the stir-fried white paste.
Shrimp pile
The main ingredients are rice milk. Stir the mushy rice milk with chopped green onion, then put it into the shrimp pile spoon to shape, and fry it in boiling oil. It tastes best when freshly baked. You can wrap it in lettuce and eat it with vegetables for a unique flavor.
Oil bag
Main materials: flour, sugar. Roll the flour into a flat ball and put brown sugar inside. It is probably fried.
Kouzao
