Specifically, the "Notice" clarifies that personnel from Quzhou City government agencies, enterprises, institutions and social organizations (civil affairs registration) who purchase new commercial housing in urban areas will be given a group purchase subsidy with a standard of 20,000 yuan per unit.

At the same time, in order to promote urban population agglomeration, for people whose household registration is in the towns of Kecheng District or the towns of Qujiang District, who purchase new commercial residential buildings with an area of ??less than 144 square meters (excluding 144 square meters) in the urban area, different standards will be issued according to the residential property area.

Subsidies for housing purchases in population agglomerations, with the maximum subsidy for a single unit not exceeding 40,000 yuan.

It is worth noting that the "Notice" also proposes that for those with a full-time college degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities who purchase newly built commercial housing with an area of ??less than 144 square meters (excluding 144 square meters) in urban areas, they will be given housing property rights corresponding to the area of ??the house purchased.

A 1.5% housing purchase subsidy for college students is provided, with the maximum subsidy for a single unit not exceeding 30,000 yuan.

Among them, college students who have registered residence in other places or do not work in Quzhou can also enjoy housing purchase subsidies for college students.

As long as they are qualified for full-time college education or above, they can enjoy housing purchase subsidies for college students.

For newly introduced talents at the municipal level, Kecheng District, and Qujiang District who have already enjoyed the talent housing purchase policy and purchased newly built commercial housing during the policy period, they cannot enjoy the housing purchase subsidy for college students.
