According to Compendium of Materia Medica, wormwood is pure Yang grass. Folium Artemisiae Argyi is bitter and pungent, warm in nature, and enters liver, spleen and kidney meridians. It has the functions of harmonizing qi and blood, expelling cold and dampness, warming channels and relieving pain, preventing miscarriage and stopping bleeding.
It can also help to regulate long-term diarrhea caused by deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach. Secondly, it can regulate yang deficiency and fear of cold. Thirdly, it can help to treat acute swelling and heat pain.
1 Food: Cordyceps eggs
Oral administration of Folium Artemisiae Argyi has the effects of warming meridians and dispelling cold, strengthening the body resistance, strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness. Zhao Jiping, director of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, told us that Artemisia argyi leaves can be made into sachets to wear, which has the effects of waking up, inducing resuscitation and aromatic turbidity, and is suitable for some people with heavy humidity and dizziness.
3 bubbles: mugwort leaves soak feet.

The picked folium Artemisiae Argyi should be treated, dried, left for 3-5 years to become Ai Chen, and then pounded into moxa wool before it can be used for moxibustion. The older you get, the milder your firepower will be, and the more comfortable your skin will feel when you apply moxibustion.
Moxibustion mainly has five functions: preventing diseases and protecting health, warming meridians and dredging collaterals, supporting yang and resolving hard mass, removing blood stasis and resolving hard mass, and inducing external heat to sleep. Moxibustion with different acupoints has different effects. Specific acupoint moxibustion should be in accordance with the doctor's advice.
Taboo: when the stool is dry and bitter, and the symptoms of systemic fire are particularly obvious, it is generally not recommended to do systemic moxibustion. Don't moxibustion every day for a long time.

1 Xi 'an, Guo Ming
Ingredients: 500g glutinous rice flour, 50g sticky rice flour, 300g pickles, 50g wormwood, 0/50g bamboo shoots/kloc-and 0/50g meat/kloc-.
Exercise:
1. Wash wormwood with clear water, put it in a pot and boil it, add a spoonful of salt, and put wormwood in blanched water. Blanched wormwood is immediately taken out, bathed in cold water, and then poured into a blender to stir into a paste;
2. Chop bamboo shoots, pickles and meat, stir-fry them in an oil pan, and add a proper amount of seasoning to taste them for later use;
3. Add boiling water to the two kinds of flour, pour in the wormwood paste, and drain the water while stirring. After the flour is lumped, knead it into smooth dough by hand;
4. After the dough wakes up for two or three hours, knead it into strips, cut it into small pieces, then wrap it with stuffing and steam it on the pot.
Two green sweet balls.
Traditional green balls are colored by boiling wheat green or wormwood juice. If you can't buy them, you can use Malantou, spinach, vegetables and chrysanthemums instead, as long as you like.
Ingredients: Folium Artemisiae Argyi, glutinous rice, cooked noodles, lard, egg yolk, sugar, red beans, hot water and kiwi fruit.
Exercise:
1, mugwort juice. Washing Folium Artemisiae Argyi, blanching, and juicing in a cooking machine;
2. Mix noodles. Take a large bowl, add glutinous rice flour and cooked flour (ratio 2: 1), add proper amount of lard and mugwort juice, and mix the flour evenly first. Then add appropriate amount of white sugar and boiled water, stir well, and then add 15g lard;
Step 3 steam the dough. Take a large plate, grease the bottom of the plate, spread the prepared dough on the plate and steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes;
4. Adjust the stuffing (you can choose the stuffing freely). Here, I'd like to share the practices of egg yolk stuffed with meat floss and kiwi bean paste.
① Egg yolk stuffed with meat floss: cool the oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the salted egg yolk with high fire, then cook the cooking wine, add a proper amount of cooking oil, stir-fry until the saliva turns sand, add the meat floss, turn off the fire, stir-fry evenly with the remaining temperature, and take it out for later use.
② Kiwi bean paste stuffing: soak the red beans, cook them on low heat until they bloom, fine them with a cooking machine, put them in a pot, add sugar and stir-fry until the water is dry. Then the bean paste stuffing is made into balls, and kiwi slices are added to the stuffing.
5. Bao Qingtuan. Steam the raw meatballs, take them out, wash them by hand, rub them evenly while they are hot, then rub them into long strips and cut them into even doses. Knead into a cake bowl, wrap with salted egg yolk or red bean paste, and knead into small balls.
In fact, there are two ways to make green meatballs: one is to package them first and then steam them; There is also a steaming-kneading-wrapping method.
